PRICING AND VAT
All prices stated are in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT. All error and omissions accepted. Prices displayed do not include shipping. Shipping costs are calculated on weight. Shipping costs include processing, packaging and shipping costs and are based on UK shipping only. Please email for international shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time.
PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods remain our property until paid for in full. If your issuing bank declines your credit card or cheque payment, either before or after the despatch of goods, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the goods have been despatched we may require you to return the goods to us within 7 days or require you to pay in full by satisfactory means within 7 days.
In the event that any amounts become due (missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonoured cheques) we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
DESPATCH AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery within can be by either DPD, DHL or Royal Mail depending on speed of service chosen and your location.
Orders must be placed before 12pm for same day processing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all delivery times quoted only include working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)
Free Delivery is available to UK mainland only on orders over £100. Because of the nature of certain products there may be exclusions on this – gas, or pyrotechnics for example.
If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish. If any of the items you order are not in stock, delivery may take up to 28 days.

Please note that unless otherwise stated air tanks are supplied empty with the regulator removed due to very strict courier regulations.

Our delivery liability is reflected in the terms and conditions that our carriers us and is limited to postage refund only.
Please Note: On Target Games Limited & On Target Supplies cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers, credit searches, stock availability and delivery companies.
HANDLING COMPLAINTS
We will handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner. We not only endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days but also to have it fully resolved.

Our Software Developers and Product Managers work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Pictures of products are for illustration only. Product specifications may change without prior notice.

We aim to give the most accurate and up to date information available when taking telephone orders, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Product specifications may change without prior notice.
We may record all telephone conversations for confirmation and training purposes.
GOVERNING LAW AND CONTRACT INFORMATION
No contract will exist between you and On Target Games Limited & On Target Supplies for the sale of any product unless and until your order has been shipped and until then the right is reserved to decline your order. These contracts do not affect the consumers’ statutory rights.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any part of our terms and conditions is determined by a UK court to be invalid, illegal, void or otherwise unenforceable under any current or future law, the remainder of our terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby.
