On Target Supplies is transparent about our pricing, which is why you will rarely see any discount codes on offer, you know the fair price you see is the price you’re going to pay. However, if you find a legitimate product cheaper elsewhere we will be more than happy to try and match its price.
We can price match the price of any product as long as:
The Company is a UK Trading Company.
The Company is UK VAT Registered.
The Company is not Amazon or Ebay!
The Product is in Stock.
The Price match is done before your purchase is made.
The product is at its regular selling price, and not on sale or on a special offer.
The price match includes the product plus any postage costs.
We try to check pricing as often as possible, but we sometimes we miss a product. If you find the product cheaper somewhere else please let us know!
Organising the Price Match
To organise the price match there are a few choices, you can organise the price match via email, or phone, you will be send a code to discount a product at the price matched value, this is why price matching must be done BEFORE you make any purchase.
Ordering over the Phone
If you are ordering over the phone we can organise the sale and price match there and then, as long as the cost of the order is under £150. If the order is over £150 we can send a code via email to discount the product to the price matched value.
Organising via Email
If you would like to organise the price match via email, please email us directly.
In these types of cases we can manually create the sale and send you a payment request via email.
Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse the price match. This usually happens when the matched price is below our cost price for the item, which usually means the competitor is clearing old stock or closing down and selling the product at less than cost.
