What are UKARA and UKPSF?

Due to the nature of our hobbies we can attract some attention to the more realistic nature of the equipment. If any player was to be randomly stopped and searched on the way to or from a venue by the police, a membership would prove you to have a valid defence to owning any real imitation equipment as you are a legitimate airsoft or paintball player. The police may even ask for a current UKARA or UKPSF membership.

Do I have to have valid UKARA membership to by a Real Imitation Firearm?

Not necessarily, but you do need a valid form of defence for owning a real imitation firearm. For more information, check the UKARA website. You will need a valid UKARA number entered into the box provided on checkout to process the order, this must linked to the delivery address and registered card holder making the purchase. We check every number on the UKARA database to ensure a match.

Do I have to have a UKPSF member number to buy a paintball marker?

Not necessarily, but you may need a valid form of defence for owning a paintball marker. For more information, check the UKPSF website.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

If you ordered something that was showing in stock before 12pm, then the delivery time is solely down to the delivery method you chose. When we process your order you will be sent tracking details, so you can keep an eye on the delivery status yourself. If you haven’t received your order within reasonable time, please do not hesitate to contact us on 07715 658975. If you need your order within a specific time, please contact us before ordering or choose the appropriate delivery method.

How long will it take if what I want isn’t in stock?

We will inform you immediately if your order is not in stock and let you know an estimated delivery time. The number of days given in the product information when you order is an estimate only, and depends on whether our supplier A) has the item in stock and B) how long it takes for them to send it to us. If only part of your order is in stock we will contact you to see if you want it shipped in part or if you want to wait until it can be shipped in full.

Can I have my order delivered to an alternate address ?

No, to protect you and us against fraud, we can only ship to the registered cardholders address.

How do I pay if I don’t have a credit card or a PayPal account?

You could also pay by Bank Transfer, please call us on 07715 658975 to arrange this or you can pay and collect in store.
